            Delegate Sponaugle moves to amend the bill on page 4, Section 3, lines 27 and 28, by striking out the words “and/or the Attorney General”;

            And,

            On pages 7 and 8, Section 8, lines10 through 24, following the period on line 10 by striking out the remainder of subsection (b) and subsections (c), (d) amd (e), and re-lettering the subsequent subsections accordingly;

            And,

            On page 8, Section 8, line 34, by striking out the words “or the Attorney General”;

            And,

            On page 13, Section 3, line 4, by striking out the words “the Attorney General and “.
